METALON®
OIL
METALON® Oil is a specially developed solution to enhance wear resistance in cast nylons. Through a unique manufacturing process, an oil-based lubricant is dispersed, strengthening the polymer without compromising its structure. With up to 10x enhanced wear resistance and a 50% reduction in friction, resulting in a substantial increase in bearing life, 5 times that of natural cast nylon and 25 times that of phosphor bronze! The embedded lubricant ensures consistent performance throughout its lifespan, improving wear rate, friction properties, abrasion resistance, and stick-slip performance.
