Metalene® is manufactured using carefully chosen resin promising highest performance parameters, processed with proprietary & proven recipe under optimal manufacturing conditions.

• Tensile Strength Moderate; high toughness over strength
• Flexural Modulus Low; flexible with limited stiffness
• Impact Resistance Outstanding; superior even at low temps
• Thermal Resistance Moderate; stable in cold, limited at high heat
• Creep Resistance Moderate; not ideal for high static loads
• Chemical Resistance Excellent; resists most chemicals & solvents
• Moisture Absorption Very low; maintains properties in humid/wet use
• Coefficient of Friction Ultra-low; self-lubricating, quiet operation
• Special Properties Abrasion-resistant, inert, excellent machinability, good
dielectric properties (not self-extinguishing)
