Metalene® is the premium brand for high quality UHMW-PE Sheets/plates exhibiting properties of excellent abrasion resistance, very good chemical resistance and low coefficient of friction. Metalene® is manufactured using carefully chosen resin promising highest performance parameters, processed with proprietary & proven recipe under optimal manufacturing conditions.

Metalene® sheets are available in wide range of thicknesses in virgin UHMW-PE, however on demand can be produced using partially reprocessed, coloured or modified and specially formulated UHMW-PE stock shapes.
Metalene® is resistant to moisture, stains and odor, and is used extensively in food processing and automation industry. Metalene® is suitable for direct contact with food products,a nd is ideally suited for wear applications especially in contact with metals.
Metalene® is ideal material for industrial applications such as chute lining, dock bumpers, paper machine part, conveyor wear strips, chain guides and can be easily machined with regular wood working tools and equipment.
