METAPUR High-Performance Polyurethane Properties and Applications

METAPUR Elastomer Polyurethane products are ubiquitous across industries due to their exceptional mechanical properties and versatility. By adjusting formulations and introducing additives, we can tailor polyurethane’s properties to address specific application challenges while maintaining unparalleled performance.

METAPUR Elastomer Polyurethane elastomers Typically composed of 2-4 components (resin base, curatives, and colorant), moulded urethane products are created using meter-mix and dispense machines, which mix the components into a homogeneous liquid. This liquid is then introduced into a heated Mold to produce the finished product.
