Metron PPS family of materials is a range of semi-crystalline polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), heat-resistant polymer that exhibits a simple chemical structure comprising benzene and sulfur. Metron PPS is designed to fill the performance and price gap between standard thermoplastics and high-end engineering plastics. By offering a balance of properties and cost, Metron PPS provides an attractive alternative to high-end materials like PBI, PI, PAI, and PEEK, which may be too expensive.   1. High Maximum Allowable Service Temperature: 220°C continuously, up to 260°C for short periods of time, making it suitable for high-temperature applications.
